Chris mercado

Chris Mercado, otherwise known as Mercs, is a management & marketing practitioner with over 20 years experience working in various industries such as insurance, telco and digital marketing. He is now a consultant having earned his Post-Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from the Emeritus Institute of Management, in collaboration with Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan and Tuck Executive Education. He has a Design Sprint Masterclass Certificate from AJ&Smart, a Berlin-based product design & innovation studio, which works with process creator Jake Knapp for training. Apart from being a trainer at Trainstation, Mercs is also a facilitator with the University of the Philippines Public Administration Research and Extension Services Foundation, Inc. (UPPAF) for the implementation of Project RESPOND (Regulatory Support Program for National Development) in streamlining the business permit processes of Philippine LGUs.
