Tina Lindo Elliot


Tina is the Unit Head and Senior Content Developer of OnTrack a Total Engagement Solutions Consultancy that helps team and organizations with their Learning and Development needs, as well as HR and Organizational Development (OD) needs as a whole.

Concurrently, she is also the HR Manager of Trainstation, Inc. in charge of talent management, talent development, and culture and employee relations. She is also a Corporate Trainer and a Certified NLP coach and practitioner.

Prior to working with OnTrack and Trainstation. Inc., Tina has worked for almost a decade in the number one automotive company in the country (Toyota Motor Philippines). She was the head of Corporate Training Group, and a Certified Local and Regional Content Trainer.

At her time in Toyota, she has successfully facilitated and created learning programs, led training management process improvements, and designed a holistic system integration of Training operations with OD, Planning and Recruitment Teams -tripling training compliance rate in the organization within just a year, and sustaining a strong Learning and Development Culture.

Tina enjoys playing and organizing recreational football for adults, and is also one of the coaches and co-founders of Little Kicks Academy, a weekend Football Clinic for Toddlers and Kids (preschool age 3-5 yrs old). She is fascinated with anything about food, plants, and home organization. She is a frustrated singer and performer.
